What You’ll Do

• Lead the Crew – Supervise, train, and motivate technicians for high performance
• Deliver Top-Quality Work – Perform pressure washing, roof cleaning, window washing, and more
• Be the Client’s Go-To Contact – Ensure clear communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
• Prioritize Safety – Follow and enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols
• Own the Process – Plan daily tasks, manage equipment, and oversee job completion

Who We Are Looking For

• Leader & Problem Solver – Experience in facility maintenance, exterior cleaning, or a similar field
• Strong Communicator – Customer service skills with a team-first attitude
• Physically Capable – Lift 55 pounds, work outdoors, and operate at heights
• Reliable & Responsible – Show up on time, lead by example, and complete jobs with excellence
• Licensed & Insurable – Valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured
• Weekend Availability – Able to work occasional weekends as needed
