You’ll help construct decks, screen rooms, porch overhangs, additions, and install high-performance siding and exterior finishes. Learn more: www.LakesideRenovationandDesign.com Key Responsibilities Follow direction from Lead Carpenter on daily tasks and project prioritiesConstruct outdoor living structures including screen rooms, porch overhangs, and decksInstall composite decking, aluminum/composite rail systems, and various siding materialsUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyInterpret plans and blueprints when required (preferred)Ensure all work meets quality and safety standardsCommunicate progress and needs to the Lead CarpenterMaintain a clean and organized jobsiteCollaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful jobsite cultureAdditional carpentry or support tasks as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years of carpentry or construction experience (preferred)Valid driver’s licenseAble to lift heavy materials and climb ladders safelyPhysically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environmentsWillingness to commute to various job sites in the St. Louis Metro AreaAbility to pass a background check and drug screening (or hold valid medical card)Familiarity with composite decking, Hardie, Boral, or vinyl siding (preferred)Team player with strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings ProgramPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysCompany-Paid Life InsuranceApprenticeship and Paid Training ProgramsPersonal Tool Replacement ProgramUniforms and Safety Gear ProvidedDetailed Plans & Job NotesFully Stocked Trailers with High-End ToolsLogistics Support—You’ll have what you need, when you need it Schedule Full-Time | Monday–FridayStandard hours with occasional flexibility depending on project needs.
