Carpenter (Exterior Projects)

Job Overview

The Guild Collective is seeking an Installer/Carpenter to support exterior construction projects, including skylight and daylighting system installations, as well as general carpentry work. This role involves hands-on installation, job site safety, and collaboration with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Install skylights, daylighting systems (e.g., Solatube), and related components
• Perform general carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications
• Follow company safety standards and job site procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Communicate with team members regarding job progress and requirements
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, construction, or installation work preferred
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and complete safety training
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation

$35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
