Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Engaging professionally and attentively with guests and employees
• Maintaining regular attendance and appearance standards
• Participating in meetings to promote a positive workplace culture
• Maintaining compliance with all Aimbridge Hospitality policies and safety regulations
• Conducting weekly sales activities such as telemarketing, cold calls, appointments, and site tours
• Collaborating with leadership to maximize revenue through strategic follow-up and coordinated efforts
• Supervising up to ten team members through work scheduling and planning
• Delivering training during staff meetings
• Providing coaching to property sales staff to enhance overall team performance
• Submitting weekly sales reports
• Updating regional leadership
• Recording property visits
• Executing directives
• Supporting sales and marketing efforts to boost performance

Education & Experience

• At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience, or a 4-year degree with 2 years related experience, or a 2-year degree with 4 years hotel sales experience
• Supervisory experience required
• Valid driver’s license in applicable state
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate options, solve problems, and remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in financial data analysis and basic arithmetic functions
