What You Will Do
As a Maintenance Director, you will effectively lead a maintenance team and actively participate in the maintenance of the physical condition of the entire community while promoting resident satisfaction.

- Perform common area maintenance
- Lead preventative maintenance program

- Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members
- Lead and participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs

Work Environment
Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, maintenance shops, construction areas, mechanical equipment, noise, dust, chemicals, and other conditions associated with maintenance operations.
Physical Requirements
Requires frequent walking of apartment communities, including climbing stairs and accessing maintenance, mechanical, and outdoor areas. Position involves standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to inspect property conditions, operate office and maintenance-related equipment, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
