Extended Coverage Team Specialist

Compensation

$20–$23 depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule

Weekdays/weekends, nights. Tuesday 5pm–5am, Wednesday 5pm–5am, Thursday 5pm–5am, Friday 5pm–5am.

About the Role

Resolve immediate concerns related to driver and/or customer issues for loads in transit. Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to take care of immediate issues. Monitor loads and resolve issues that may affect scheduled delivery/pickup times. Proactively inform customer accounts and/or customers of changes. Resolve driver issues within authorized limits.

Qualifications

• Previous driving experience or customer service experience required
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to work in high pressure situations
• Must possess strong problem solving skills
• Must be detail-orientated
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
