About the role
The Rio Grande School seeks dynamic, positive, collaborative, patient, and engaging individuals to work with students and families in its Extended Care Program. The Extended Care Educator provides a positive and safe after-school experience for elementary-age children, engaging them in various activities such as homework support, board games, crafts, and sports.
Positions are available working with either three- and four-year-old students or upper grades (K–6). Applicants should indicate their preference when applying.
About Rio Grande School
Rio Grande School is a coeducational, nonsectarian, independent elementary school serving students from three years old to sixth grade. Founded in 1978, the school is located on five acres in northeast Santa Fe, with class sizes of 15–20 students and a total enrollment of 165. The school is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools and is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest.
