Expression of Interest: Refrigeration Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

Primarily you will be providing technical support, equipment selections and quotations to our internal and external customers. With a focus on customer service you will be part of our sales team to support customers across the state, provide technical presentations, training, and keep abreast with emerging trends and new products from our suppliers. The role may also require you to visit project sites to provide customers with field support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, equipment selections and quotations to customers
• Support customers across the state through technical presentations and training
• Identify, nurture and grow new and existing customer relationships
• Provide heat load calculations, equipment selections and quotations
• Visit project sites to provide customers with field support

Requirements

• A Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with at least 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience
• A strong customer service focus
• Able to provide heat load calculations, equipment selections and quotations
• A current drivers licence – travel within the state
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
