Our Programs teams are at the heart of Constellation's ecosystem-building work. If you enjoy connecting people, accelerating ideas, and creating the conditions for high-impact collaboration, joining a Programs team could be a great fit for you!

Convening Programs

• Buys the conditions for collaboration by bringing people together through hosted events and shared spaces that foster relationships, knowledge exchange, and coordination.

Incubation & Growth Programs

• Accelerates early-stage ideas and organizations into high-impact safety work through structured programs, fellowships, and founder support.

Talent Mobilization Programs

• Connects the right people to the right roles by identifying talent gaps and routing individuals to high-impact opportunities across the AI safety ecosystem.

Additional Information

• This is a full time, on-site role.
• Our Berkeley office is a few steps from the nearest BART (metro) and bus stop.
• On-site parking is also available.
