Responsibilities
- Learner Services: Engage and re-enroll students, provide support, and manage student interactions.
- Partner Success: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to ensure successful partnerships.
- Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain students.
- Product: Work on product development, testing, and improving user experience.
- Technology: Support and enhance technology infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Data: Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
- Operations: Ensure smooth operations and processes run efficiently.
- People & Culture: Foster a positive work environment and implement culture initiatives.
- Finance: Manage financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting and reporting.
