About the role

The role involves providing coaching services to enhance employee performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with employees
• Develop and implement personalized development plans
• Evaluate employee progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with managers to address performance issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in coaching or HR
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
