Express Technician - Serra Kalkaska

About the role

This position is for you if you enjoy working with people in a fun and forward-focused environment. Our Service Department team knows that what they do is a lot bigger than servicing customer's vehicles. This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Service Team at Serra Auto Group, collaborating and inspecting vehicles to ensure the safety of our customer's vehicles.

Responsibilities

As an Express Technician, you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flushing of coolant systems and much more in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position with growth potential to earn automotive certifications.

Requirements

- No experience necessary. - Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers. - You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees. - Effective communication skills - Computer skills are a plus. - Attention to detail is a plus.

Qualifications

Must possess a Valid Driver's License which meets our company insurance standards. Must be willing to complete a background check as this position will give you access to personal and protected employee and customer information.

Skills

- Prolonged periods of standing and bending to repair and inspect vehicles. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. *Reasonable accommodations may be made to support and enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
