Express Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
  • Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
  • Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Basic automotive knowledge required; experience with shop equipment (wheel/tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC equipment) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
