About the role
Ourisman Chantilly Kia is seeking an Express Service Team Lead/Manager to oversee the express service department. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Quick Lube/Express Service departments, managing appointments, walk-ins, and Pre-Delivery inspections for new vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of express service appointments, walk-ins, and Pre-Delivery inspections for new cars.
- Oversee the operation of the express service department, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet or exceed performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Extensive lube tech experience.
- Experience managing express service appointments and walk-ins.
- Ability to work well with others and manage a team.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, including AC refrigerant, engine electronics, transmission diagnostics, EV diagnostics, and SRS system diagnostics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
