Export Coordinator / Order Management & Global Logistics Specialist

Contract role located in Neenah, WI.

About the role

We are seeking an Order Management & Global Logistics Specialist to support customer orders, international shipments, and day-to-day logistics operations for a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Meet established daily shipping deadlines
• Provide initial customer responses within 24 hours
• Maintain accurate order, shipment, and export information
• Minimize customer service-related claims through accurate and timely order management
• Proactively identify and resolve potential shipping and order issues
• Contribute to team productivity by taking ownership of additional responsibilities and projects when appropriate

Requirements

• Previous experience in global logistics, transportation, shipping, order management, customer service, procurement operations, or a related field
• Experience working with international shipments, carriers, warehouses, or global customers (strongly preferred)
• Previous experience in a global organization (highly desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive approach to work, including the ability to identify additional tasks and opportunities to support the team without waiting for direction
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• SAP and SED experience (preferred)

Pay

$15 - $20 per hour
