Expo/Host at Duke's on 7 - Weekends Required
Craft & Crew Hospitality is looking for an experienced Expo/Host at our lively bar and restaurant in Minnetonka. This dual role is integral in providing a positive guest experience.
About the role
As the first face guests see, you’ll set the tone for their dining experience by greeting and seating them, ensuring their visit is fantastic. In the expo role, your attention to detail and organization skills will ensure quality food reaches our guests every time.
- Manage reservations, estimate wait times, and escort guests to their tables using occupancy software like OpenTable.
- Provide guests with menu descriptions, server introductions, and other details to enhance their visit.
- Ensure each dish leaves the kitchen looking picture-perfect, garnishing plates and packaging carryout orders with precision.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to orchestrate seamless food delivery while upholding quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills, including time management.
Pay
$14.00/hour (plus tips—typically an additional $7–$13/hour). Higher wages may be negotiated based on experience.
