Expo/Food Runner position- weekend availability needed

Barrio is hiring for immediate openings at our Portsmouth, NH location.

About the role

Full-time Food Runner-Busser position available. Shifts run Sunday–Thursday 11 am–12 am and Friday–Saturday 11 am–1 am.

Responsibilities

• Plate trays and build appetizers for service, ensuring proper portioning and presentation.
• Maintain pars and inventory throughout the shift.
• Run food and address customer needs in a friendly, positive manner.
• Bus tables and help turn the dining room efficiently.
• Keep the bar stocked with ice, glasses, fruit, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area during and after shifts.
• Set up and break down the service area.
• Communicate with the Manager on Duty about inventory status.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and availability for evenings and weekends.
• No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
