Job Summary
The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This mid-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.
Job Specifications
- Starting Wage: $21.25/hr - $26.57/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks
- Provide additional support to other resort operations
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority
- Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments
- Ability to perform heavy work (defined as exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects)
- Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
Pay
The expected pay range is $21.25/hr - $26.57/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
