Expert Security Officer
Responsibilities
- Customer service is your top priority.
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
- Multitask and work well under pressure.
- Work at any site, any shift, anywhere, and any city as needed.
- Respond quickly to critical situations.
- Read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Patrol by car or on foot as needed.
- Learn various jobs at different sites.
- Work with electronics, as needed.
- Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.
- High school education or equivalent (GED), or college degree in hand.
- At least 21 years of age or older.
- A valid PILB license in hand.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, sit, and handle the weather throughout the shift.
- The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification or willing to obtain certification within one week of an offer.
- At least a solid year of experience, or equivalent Law Enforcement/Military experience.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Location
Site Location: Reno, Sparks, Minden, Fernley, and surrounding areas in Northern NV.
Availability
Flexible Availability: Must have an open schedule to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week and guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence.
Hourly Wage
Competitive hourly wage of $22 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
