Expert Opportunity - Senior Project Manager ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced senior project managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for senior project managers with 5+ years running cross-functional programs and their reporting cadence to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio review materials. Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors like General Catalyst. We connect experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities. Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for steering committee decks
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for program status reports
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for risk and dependency exhibits
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for milestone review presentations
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive escalation one-pagers
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for portfolio review materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company
- Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$70/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
