About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced project managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows, including steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio review materials.

Responsibilities

Run cross-functional programs and their reporting cadence to refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks

Qualifications

5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company
Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence
Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
