Expert Opportunity - Program Director ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced program directors who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, and program logic models.
• Develop and assess AI-generated board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
• Ensure expert-level quality in document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
