About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced learning and organisational development managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows, including:

  • New-hire onboarding playbooks
  • Training facilitator guides
  • Learning curriculum outlines
  • Course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets
  • Manager enablement decks
  • Skills assessment rubrics

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine AI-generated training materials, including documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
  • Evaluate and improve the quality and accuracy of AI outputs for professional learning and development workflows
  • Ensure materials meet corporate training standards and hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny

Requirements

  • 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
  • Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics
  • Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
