Expert Opportunity - IP Counsel / Trademark & Copyright Attorney ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced IP attorneys who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for IP counsel with 4+ years practicing trademark and copyright law to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:

• Trademark clearance and registrability opinions
• Office-action responses
• Copyright infringement and fair-use analyses
• Licensing and assignment agreement review
• Cease-and-desist correspondence
• Portfolio and docket trackers

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for IP legal workflows

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with 4+ years practicing trademark and/or copyright law at a firm or in-house IP team
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing trademark filings, office-action responses, or infringement opinions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmhip, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

$100/hour

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
