Expert Opportunity - Trademark Attorney ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced trademark attorneys who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for trademark attorneys with 4+ years practicing trademark and copyright law to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:
- Trademark clearance and registrability opinions
- Office-action responses
- Copyright infringement and fair-use analyses
- Licensing and assignment agreement review
- Cease-and-desist correspondence
- Portfolio and docket trackers
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with 4+ years practicing trademark and/or copyright law at a firm or in-house IP team
- Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing trademark filings, office-action responses, or infringement opinions
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$100/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Fully remote, work on your own schedule
