Expert Opportunity - Head of School ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of school who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for K-12 educational workflows
- Assess and improve materials such as unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress reports, classroom management plans, and school improvement documentation
Requirements
- 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment
- Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$80/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
