Expert Opportunity - Educator / School Professional ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)

About the Role

We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced educators who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows, including:

• Unit and lesson plans
• Curriculum maps and pacing guides
• Parent-teacher conference notes
• Student progress report narratives
• Classroom management plans
• School improvement and professional development materials

Requirements

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$80/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
