Expert Opportunity - Case Manager (Special Education) ($90/hr, up to $1,800/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced special education case managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for special education case managers with 5+ years writing and reviewing IEPs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:
- IEP goal-writing
- Present-levels-of-performance narratives
- 504 plans
- Accommodation and modification tables
- Behavior intervention plans
- Progress-monitoring trackers
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for special education workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist
- Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$90/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
