Expert Opportunity - Head of PMO ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of PMO who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role is fully remote, work on your own schedule, start date ASAP. Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors like General Catalyst. We connect experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated program charter and scope documents.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated RAID logs.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated resource capacity planning spreadsheets.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated steering committee status decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated stage‑gate review packets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross‑functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Flexible, 5‑20 hours per week (or more if desired)
