Expert Opportunity - Head of PMO ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of PMO who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations, executive escalation one-pagers, and portfolio review materials.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional programs and reporting cadences
• Develop, assess, and improve AI-generated slide decks and presentations
• Cover workflows such as steering committee decks, program status reports, risk exhibits, milestone reviews, executive escalations, and portfolio materials

Requirements

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
