Expert Opportunity - Head of L&D ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of learning and development (L&D) who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated materials across core workflows, including:

• New-hire onboarding playbooks
• Training facilitator guides
• Learning curriculum outlines
• Course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets
• Manager enablement decks
• Skills assessment rubrics

Responsibilities

• Design and refine corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs
• Create and evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Develop engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that meet L&D and people-ops standards

Requirements

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Experience building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level proficiency in document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
