Expert Opportunity - Head of Document Production ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of document production who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:

• Board-ready slide deck formatting reviews
• Financial model and spreadsheet formula audits
• Executive memo proofing passes
• Brand and template compliance checklists
• Client-facing proposal document reviews
• Cross-document consistency trackers

Responsibilities

• Review, proof, and quality-check business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before AI integration
• Identify formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before executive or client delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting inconsistencies
• Expert-level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
