Expert Opportunity - Document Production Specialist ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced document production specialists who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:

• Board-ready slide deck formatting reviews
• Financial model and spreadsheet formula audits
• Executive memo proofing passes
• Brand and template compliance checklists
• Client-facing proposal document reviews
• Cross-document consistency trackers

Responsibilities

• Review, proof, and quality-check business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency before delivery
• Identify formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Ensure expert-level craftsmanship in document, spreadsheet, and slide production

Requirements

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift
• Expert-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
