Expert Opportunity - Head of Business Operations ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)

About the role

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of business operations who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a head of business operations supporting C-level executives
• Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Compensation

$80/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired); fully remote, work on your own schedule.
