Expert Opportunity - Director of Talent Development ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced directors of talent development who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as:

• New-hire onboarding playbooks
• Training facilitator guides
• Learning curriculum outlines
• Course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets
• Manager enablement decks
• Skills assessment rubrics

Requirements

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
