Expert Opportunity - Proposal Director ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the Role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced proposal directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: RFP response documents, orals presentation decks, executive summary writing, win theme development, compliance matrices, and pricing volume support slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses and orals presentations
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
• Develop RFP response documents and orals presentation decks
• Write executive summaries and develop win themes
• Produce compliance matrices and pricing volume support slides

Requirements

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
