Expert Opportunity - Director of Program Management ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced directors of program management who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows, including:

• Program charter and scope documents
• RAID logs
• Resource capacity planning spreadsheets
• Steering committee status decks
• Milestone and dependency tracking spreadsheets
• Stage-gate review packets

Responsibilities

• Run enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Develop program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting materials
• Build resource capacity planning and milestone tracking spreadsheets for executive and stakeholder review

Requirements

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, RAID logs, and steering committee reporting
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule.
