Expert Opportunity - Chief of Staff, Fundraising ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
About the Role
We're partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to identify experienced chiefs of staff specializing in fundraising. The role involves training their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows, including pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop, assess, and improve AI-generated pitch decks, data room indexes, and investor update memos.
- Refine cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports using AI tools.
- Apply expertise in fundraising workflows to enhance AI model accuracy and output quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
- Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for startups, venture funds, or LP-facing platforms.
- Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and LP/institutional investor reporting standards.
- Expert-level proficiency in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation, with strong written communication and attention to detail.
Pay
$100/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote; work on your own schedule.
