Expert Opportunity - Chief of Staff, Fundraising ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced chiefs of staff with a focus on fundraising. The role involves helping train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows such as pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated pitch decks, data room indexes, and investor update memos.
- Develop and assess cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.
- Ensure high-quality document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with attention to detail.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
- Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
- Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and LP/institutional investor reporting standards.
- Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation, with excellent written communication.
Pay
$100/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
