Expert Opportunity - Business Operations Lead ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced business operations leads who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for business operations leads with 4+ years supporting C-suite executives at significant companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting. Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors like General Catalyst. We connect experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks
- Board meeting decks
- Executive offsite materials

Requirements
- 4+ years as a business operations lead supporting C-level executives
- Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

$80/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired); fully remote, work on your own schedule; start date ASAP.
