Expert Opportunity - Business Operations Lead ($80/hr, up to $1,600/week)
About the role
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced business operations leads who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You'll create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting. Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors like General Catalyst, connecting experts with investors and consultancies for paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for board meeting decks
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for executive offsite materials
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for all-hands presentations
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for strategic planning documents
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for QBR packages
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for CEO communication drafting
Requirements
- 4+ years as a business operations lead supporting C-level executives
- Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
Pay
$80/hour
Schedule
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Fully remote, work on your own schedule. Start date: ASAP.
