About the role

As an EPM Recruiter — Expert Interviewer, you will run structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit. This is a contract position requiring about 10 hours per week, fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Run structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit.
• Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, identifying any red flags.
• Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass, and write concise summaries for the program team.
• Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours, focusing on EST-based experts.
• Conduct interviews independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Requirements

• Prior recruiting, interviewing, or expert-vetting experience.
• Strong communication and structured judgment skills.
• EST-overlapping availability during weekday business hours.
• Reliable commitment to about 10 hours per week.

Pay

$50–$60/hour

Schedule

10 hours/week, fully remote.
