Expert Client Advisor, Watches & Jewelry - Valley Fair

Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor specializing in Watches & Jewelry to join our team. Our Expert Client Advisors are Ambassadors to the brand, with a special focus on a category, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their needs, guiding them across the brand while delivering the best client experience and conveying passion for the product in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the “go-to” person in-store for selling and clienteling techniques related to the Watches & Jewelry category.
• Partner with your Manager to provide vital feedback and drive business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings, trainings, and 1:1 coaching.
• Assist in observing the team during the selling ceremony and partner with them to introduce the product category.
• Lead by example in managing your own portfolio of clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling options.
• Develop and maintain product expertise in Watches & Jewelry.
• Drive the Watch & Jewelry business in-store.
• Conduct product training and support new launches.
• Focus on client development and storytelling to enhance the luxury retail experience.

Requirements

• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand, category, and DNA.
• High level of storytelling ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales leadership in the area of expertise, consistently remaining a top seller in the category.
• Experience building positive client relationships and demonstrating outstanding product knowledge.
• Highly analytical and commercial ability.

Pay

Hourly rate within the range of USD $30–$36 plus commission opportunities.
