About the role

Our Asset Management Team is dedicated to transforming how our clients manage assets. By joining our team of leaders, you will develop real solutions for our clients' portfolio of assets today into tomorrow. As part of the Asset Management Team, you will drive growth and establish strategies that positively impact our clients’ ability to deliver their services.

In this role, you’ll develop and implement asset management program activities with clients aligned with ISO 55000 and/or the IAM. You will guide clients to understand their current asset management maturity, develop actionable plans for improvement—including strategic, tactical, and operational actions—and support proposal development. You may also serve as a Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, or Technical Lead to share your expertise and improve project deliverables.

You’ll stay current on management consulting and advisory services techniques and best practices, contribute to thought leadership, and influence change and advancement. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset management programs aligned with ISO 55000 and/or the IAM.
  • Assess client asset management maturity and create actionable improvement plans at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Support proposal development and collaborate with Jacobs team members as a Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, or Technical Lead.
  • Stay updated on management consulting and advisory services best practices.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and innovation to drive change.
  • Leverage data management techniques and interpret large datasets to inform client decisions or achieve efficiencies.
  • Apply business process optimization and organizational change management experience.
  • Build client relationships through risk analysis, audits, and corrective action plans.
  • Travel as needed to meet project and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in asset management with flexibility to work across markets.
  • Understanding of the IAM framework and ISO 55000 standards, including implementation and audit requirements.
  • Ability to develop and mature asset management programs.
  • Experience working at strategic, tactical, and operational levels within an organization.
  • Familiarity with data management techniques and handling large datasets.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management technology systems.
  • Business process optimization and organizational change management experience.
  • Strong client relationship skills, including risk analysis, audits, and corrective action planning.

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have IAM Membership, Certification, or a similar demonstration of asset management industry leadership.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $156,700.00 to $244,900.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schedule

Hybrid working policy allowing employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
