Expert Asset Management Consultant

As a part of the Asset Management Team, you will be driving growth and establishing strategies that positively impact our clients' ability to deliver their services. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management program activities with clients aligned with ISO 55000 and/or the IAM
- Help guide clients to understand their current asset management maturity and develop actionable plans for improvement, including strategic, tactical and operational actions
- Support proposal development and work with Jacobs team members as a Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, or Technical Lead to share knowledge and expertise that can improve deliverables associated with projects
- Stay up to date on current management consulting and advisory services techniques and best practices
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovation to influence change and advancement
Requirements
- Prior education and certificate of completion in a related field and/or equivalent years of experience in a related field
- Substantial experience in asset management, and flexibility to work across markets
- Understanding of the IAM framework, and the ISO 55000 standards and implementation and audit requirements
- Ability to contribute toward the development and maturation of asset management programs
- Ability to work at strategic, tactical and operational levels within an organization
- Familiarity with data management techniques. Comfort in handling and interpreting large amounts of data to gain insights for client decision-making or achieving efficiencies
- Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management technology systems, used to manage data and as a tool to achieve strategic, tactical and operational goals
- Business process optimization experience and organizational change management
- Client relationship skills in performing risk analysis, audits and development of corrective action plans
- Ability to travel as necessary to meet project and client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors, Masters or advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Data Science, or related field
- IAM Member or Certified or similar demonstration of Asset Management industry leadership

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $156,700.00 to $244,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
This position offers a hybrid working policy, allowing employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
