About the role

Shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated experiential marketing programs that enhance brand visibility
• Manage end-to-end event planning to ensure exceptional attendee experiences
• Source and negotiate with venues and event partners for optimal results
• Develop and manage event budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with various teams to create experiential strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee timelines and project plans for smooth execution of events
• Measure and report on event performance to ensure goals are met and improved upon

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing or corporate events
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Experience managing multiple complex events simultaneously
• Proven experience sourcing and negotiating with venues and vendors
• Strong experience with budget management and financial forecasting
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Creativity and passion for memorable customer experiences

Pay

$97,700 – $130,300 annually
