About the Role
CTL delivers bold creative ideas and high-impact campaigns, helping clients shape, simplify, and visualize complex messages for large audiences. The work is hands-on and immersive, requiring sharp storytelling instincts and meticulous execution across multiple formats. As a Line Producer, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders at every level, adapting your style to the audience. In this global agency, you’ll navigate cross-cultural teams, time zones, and multinational campaigns, ensuring each project achieves global consistency and local relevance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate events and strategic communications campaigns.
- Handle client and budget management, balancing time, cost, and quality in project delivery.
- Work within extended teams, including full-time and freelance/part-time members.
- Support Producers on specific projects and communications programs, while also managing smaller projects directly.
- Serve as a central point of coordination for all project activity, both internally and with clients.
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end production for live, hybrid, and virtual events and communications programs.
- Proficiency in on-site event execution and documentation, such as production schedules.
- Comprehensive knowledge of event production from concept to planning, delivery, and post-event wrap-up.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals and quality control across multiple deliverables and channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
- Proven budget management experience, including building and tracking budgets accurately.
- Client management skills, including presenting, guiding decisions, and maintaining clear communication to keep stakeholders confident.
- Experience translating complex information into clear audience narratives.
- Ability to work with and brief internal studio teams.
