Experiential Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative visionary to join our team as an Experiential Designer. Our team is dedicated to crafting immersive experiences that bring stories to life, ensuring guests can step into their favorite narratives through innovative design and production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Managers and Producers to establish and maintain the creative vision for attractions and experiences.
• Translate team discussions into clear, creative outputs such as concepts, layouts, illustrations, and 3D models.
• Develop design packages and reference materials for external vendors to articulate design direction.
• Oversee creative excellence during construction, installation, and programming phases on-site.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in experiential retail design, exhibition design, theatrical design, or location-based entertainment industry.
• Experience working with both temporary and long-lasting environments.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as SketchUp, Maya, Blender, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design.
• Excellent communication and organizing skills using digital tools and Google Workspace.

Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote)
