Roles & Responsibilities
- Build accurate, to-scale 3D models of experiential spaces, environments, and custom-fabricated elements
- Translate sketches, mood boards, CAD files, and inspirational references into clear spatial visualizations
- Recreate real-world venues and sites using blueprints, site measurements, and site-visit photography
- Model key elements with correct proportions and spatial relationships to support client approvals and fabrication bidding
- Produce high-quality renderings, stills, and walkthroughs that clearly communicate creative intent
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Designers to ensure models reflect the approved vision, materials, and finishes
- Proactively deliver creative design solutions that support and enhance the Creative Director's vision
- Present and walk internal teams through work via live screenshares for feedback and review
- Deliver clean, well-organized 3D files and exports suitable for handoff to fabrication partners
- Support fast-paced timelines across multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in 3D design for experiential, environmental, exhibit, or architectural projects
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Rhino, or similar)
- Experience producing presentation-ready renderings and walkthroughs
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, measurements, and real-world constraints
- Strong attention to detail and scale accuracy
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams in a remote-first environment
- Clear communicator who can explain spatial ideas to both creative and non-technical stakeholders
Pay
The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $105,000.00. Where a candidate falls within this band will depend on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, demonstrated performance, specific skills, geographical location, and internal equity.
