Experienced Volkswagen Technician

About the role

Norm Reeves Auto Group is expanding and seeks a skilled Volkswagen Automotive Technician to join their team at Norm Reeves Volkswagen Irvine. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on Audi and/or Volkswagen vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles with issues, perform approved repairs
• Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks
• Replace brakes, perform transmission services
• Perform other maintenance or mechanical repairs as needed
• Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
• Keep work station clean at all times
• Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently

Requirements

• 3 years experience working on Volkswagen or Audi in a dealership or similar setting
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to provide your own tools

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Skills

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Volkswagen and Audi vehicles is essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also required.

Pay

Flat Rate: $33.80 - $53/hour

Schedule

Monday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Sunday and one day off during the week.
